So I leave you all with a quick note. I was in a newspaper article. And I thought I’d share it with you all. For your information there are a couple typos. First, I’m not Latin American. Second I don’t teach capoeira in Mumbai, I just go to the classes there.

It’s kinda cool, a little daunting at the same time.
I can’t write more because this retreat doesn’t give much personal time, but it’s ok. I’m having fun, learning, and getting to know some new people.
